Pensions Administrators
Location: Trafford House, Chester Road, Manchester M32 0RS
The roles will include some or all of the following:
- Dealing with client communications in a professional and polite manner, whether by telephone or in writing.
- Helping financial intermediaries with queries about the operation of Group products (SSAS or SIPP).
- Maintaining accurate records of scheme activity whether in writing or on electronic systems.
- Carrying out calculations to assess client entitlement to benefits.
- Carrying out investment instructions on behalf of clients.
- Liaising with investment providers in order to value client assets.
As there are a number of roles, some will be more suited to experienced pensions administrators but at the same time some would be appropriate for those who are newly entering the field. There is also scope for those who historically have generic financial services or customer services experience.
