We know we're not the finished article and we work hard to continuously improve working life at A J Bell. In addition to the Times 100 Best Companies to Work For survey, we also conduct regular in-house surveys and focus groups to help us get a better understanding of our employees views. To give you an idea of what came up in our most recent survey, we've highlighted a couple of our key results from 2011 below:

  • 90% of our staff are proud to be employees (a 3% increase from 2010)
  • 92% of our staff are optimistic about A J Bell's future (up 1.5% from 2010)
