The majority of our recruitment is carried out using direct methods. On the rare occasions we need to use agencies, we work to a Preferred Supplier List (PSL). All agencies on the PSL have signed terms and conditions with us. Recruitment is carried out and managed by the Human Resources (HR) team. The first point of contact for agencies is always the HR team, on 0845 40 89 100.

We receive many expressions of interest each month and unless we are specifically looking to add to the agencies we work with, we may not respond to each agency request we receive.

We look for people who are honest, reliable and self-motivated with a willingness to work within the A J Bell group operating principles and values. For many of our roles, it is not absolutely essential that you have previous pensions or investments experience. It is more important that you have the right skills and attitude that we need to ensure our clients and investment partners receive the best service they can.
