Elizabeth joined A J Bell in October 1997 as a graduate trainee. Having held a number of different roles in the company she chose the HR route for her career and has become a fully qualified HR professional. Elizabeth has a small team who are responsible for HR administration and recruitment. In addition, the HR department is responsible for the provision of soft skills training and personal development.
