Howard joined A J Bell in October 2006 and is responsible for all legal aspects of our business. Qualifying as a solicitor in 1989, he worked initially in private practice in Manchester before moving in-house in London in 1994. He has since worked for several well-known companies in the retail financing, energy, vehicle leasing and roadside recovery businesses.
