The member is a trustee. The member is a signatory on the trustee bank account. The member as a trustee is a legal owner of all scheme assets. Each Platinum SSAS has a named administrator and dedicated Consultant.Each Platinum SIPP has a named administration team and clients have access to our fee based technical consultancy service.
We firmly believe that there is a potential conflict of interest if the administrator and professional trustee also provides investment or other financial services related advice. We will therefore be pleased to operate in conjunction with your financial adviser or on an execution only basis.
