A J Bell Platinum SIPP
The SIPP is established as an individual trust. The client will normally be appointed as a trustee together with A J Bell (PP) Trustees Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of A J Bell Management Limited, and will be provided with a Bank of Ireland current account on which you will be counter-signatory. Special arrangements apply for Group SIPPs.
With the A J Bell Platinum SIPP you have the flexibility to pay contributions at whatever level you choose and there is no contractual minimum contribution. However there is a HM Revenue & Customs limit on the tax relief available on contributions.
You can appoint any authorised investment manager of your choice or even manage the investments yourself. The SIPP can invest in commercial property, with the assistance of a mortgage, if required, which can then be leased to a third party or back to your own business at a commercial rent. There are no penalties applied should you wish to vary contributions, retire early or even transfer your SIPP to another provider.
The A J Bell Platinum SIPP is designed to take advantage of additional flexibility introduced in the Finance Act 2004. It offers one of the most flexible and sophisticated tax planning tools available.
Our fees are clearly stated and reflect the level of work involved and not the value of your fund. Fees will normally be paid out of your fund.
