Can a power of attorney have access to my account?

If you have a power of attorney or a deputy with the lawful authority to act on your behalf, they can manage your AJ Bell account(s) for you. To arrange this, please complete the following steps:

• Your power of attorney must first need to open an AJ Bell account of their own (if they don’t have one already).
• Then, they need to complete and return our legal representative form.
