If my deal is too large to complete online, what should I do?

When you place a deal online, you'll receive a quote from a Retail Service Provider (RSP). However, RSPs will only provide a quote for deals up to a certain size.

If your deal is too large to complete online, you'll receive a message asking you to call our Dealing Services team on 0345 54 32 600. We'll take the details of your deal over the phone and pass them on to our dealers. They will then contact the RSPs directly and get the best price for you.

You may be tempted to complete your deal online by entering multiple smaller deals. Generally, this isn't a good idea. You're unlikely to get a better price than if the deal had been completed in one go and you’ll have to pay multiple online dealing charges. Instead, please contact our Dealing Services team.
