If you've forgotten any of your details, navigate to the login screen. From here, you can choose 'I've forgotten my username' or 'I've forgotten my password', as appropriate.

You can't change your username, but you can easily retrieve it if you've forgotten it. To do so, click 'I've forgotten my username' on the login screen and enter your registered email address.

What should I do if I'm locked out of my account?

For your security, you'll be temporarily locked out of your account if you enter your username and password incorrectly three times. If this happens, you'll need to reset your password. You can also wait until you're no longer locked out and try again.
