As a member of the Customer Service Team, Heena is on the front line of our day-to-day operations, working with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve the right outcome for each customer. Heena was promoted to Team Leader just three weeks before the pandemic struck, which meant Heena and her team had to work remotely away from one another.. In this new video, she describes her pride in her own achievements and those of the company that supported her, her customers, and the wider community through such a difficult time.
