Tell us about your role.
A typical day can see me assisting colleagues with all sorts, including system troubles, problems with printers, replacing computer hardware when faulty and so on.
Tell us a bit about your background.
I joined AJ Bell fresh out of university and it has been my place of work for seven years now. I started out as a Pensions Transfers Administrator for the first three years of my career here. It was always my ambition to work in IT so I then moved to the IT Department for the remaining four.
What’s the most enjoyable thing about your job?
I would have to say fixing a complicated issue, especially when it combines the efforts of many individuals and departments.
Are you excited about the future at AJ Bell?
Looking back at my seven years here, the company has come a long way. There are plenty of opportunities for professional development here and I trust that AJ Bell will go from strength to strength.
