Tell us about your role.
I work in a small team in our Compliance Department delivering regulatory projects like the Retirement Outcome Review and MiFID II costs and charges disclosure rules. On a day-to-day basis, I liaise with key stakeholders on each project and drive change forward, holding meetings to make sure we’re all on the same page and to iron out any potential issues.
Tell us a bit about your background.
I joined AJ Bell in 2013 as a Property Administrator. I then worked on our Customer Resolutions Team, before being promoted to Client Services Manager in 2016. After four years in this role, I moved to my current role in August 2020.

What do you think of your colleagues?
I love meeting other teams around the business, and I get real satisfaction from working with a group of like-minded people towards a common goal.
How would you describe the working environment?
The offices encourage different styles of working, which I really enjoy; there are lots of collaborative meeting spaces which really promote that way of working. The facilities at EQ4 and the surrounding area are great. It’s nice having the Quays close by for a lunchtime stroll.
