Client Services Manager
Tell us about your role.
I look after four customer services teams and have line management responsibilities for nearly 30 members of staff. I’m responsible for making sure my teams deliver a great customer service which involves planning and overseeing projects, making improvements to my business area, and getting involved in the day-to-day activities my teams undertake.
Tell us a bit about your background.
I joined AJ Bell in 2013 as a Property Administrator. I then worked on our Customer Resolutions Team, before being promoted to my current position in 2016.
How would you describe the culture at AJ Bell?
I’d describe the culture as collaborative, fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic and supportive, with a definite ‘work hard, play hard’ mentality!
What do you think of your colleagues?
I love meeting other teams around the business, and I get real satisfaction from working with a group of like-minded people towards a common goal.
How would you describe the working environment?
The offices are light, airy and modern, which encourages different styles of working and allows you to stretch your legs. I’ve really benefitted from the gym; it’s improved my health and the time I spend at work.
