Platform Adoption Manager
Tell us about your role.
I am the Platform Adoption Manager for our adviser-led product, AJ Bell Investcentre. My team is responsible for instructing bulk transfers to our in-house stockbroker. In addition, I look after our Adviser Support telephone team.
Day-to-day, I am responsible for looking after our adviser firms in Client Services whilst they move business to our platform, and for ensuring my teams provide good service by answering advisers’ queries.
Tell us a bit about your background.
I started working for AJ Bell almost six years ago, after working for a fund manager. I started as a SIPP Property Administrator, and after a couple of years moved to our Complaints Department. Working in other areas prepared me for becoming a manager in Client Services.
What’s the most enjoyable thing about your job?
We pride ourselves on great customer service, and the best part of my role is managing a team that is at the forefront of providing outstanding Customer Service. This is reflected by the feedback we regularly receive from our customers.
