The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on development, delivery of requirements, driving development modernisation, people management and working with other teams to increase productivity and velocity.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, QA Analysts and DevOps Engineers to deliver challenging projects on time and budget.
You will be empowered to drive a cross-functional Agile team understanding, designing & implementing core solutions that are pivotal for AJ Bell platform propositions building close ties with the business and broader technology function. This is a growing function where we are looking to double in size and requires a battle-hardened lead who has the drive, passion, and grit to deliver with autonomy and support from the business. The solutions and processes implemented are key to ensure we remain operationally efficient, regulatorily compliant and provide a best-in-class service for our customers and people.
