Client Services Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for hardworking, articulate individuals to join our Client Services department where you will play a key role in providing our award-winning service to our clients.

The purpose of this role is to offer excellence in the administration of both our Investcentre and Youinvest online products. This is a varied role and will involve learning how to process a variety of crucial tasks for our SIPPs, ISAs, and General Investment Accounts from dealing with transactions and client’s investments to ensuring our clients and advisers are offered excellent customer service.

We have opportunities for both those looking for an entry level position into the financial services and experienced administrators looking to progress their career further. In addition to our Client Services team, we are also recruiting administrators within our Property, Investments, Benefits, Transfers and Customer Servicing areas.

We have big growth plans with multiple opportunities available. Inductions will take place for these roles on the following dates: Monday 4 July, Monday 18 July and Monday 1 August beyond this, inductions will continue to be held fortnightly.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised
