Financial Services Administrator

We are now looking to recruit hardworking, articulate individuals to join our administration teams where you will play a key role in providing our award-winning service to our customers. 

The purpose of the role is to offer excellence in the administration of custody charging processes across both Investcentre and Youinvest clients. The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Processing workloads relating to custody charges across a wide range of platforms
  • Being responsible for dealing with emails received into the department in a timely manner and in line with service level agreement
  • Ensure that client money is processed in line with the rules and regulations

We also have back office administrator positions in a number of other teams including property reconciliations. We have big growth plans with multiple opportunities available. Inductions will take place for these roles fortnightly. 

Knowledge & Experience: 

  • You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades A*-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Strong numerical ability 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, at times unsupervised
