The wellbeing of our people is really important to us; that’s why we do our utmost to take good care of them – both within and outside of working hours. Our Events Manager, Kirsty, is the perfect example of how AJ Bell helps its staff maintain a great work/life balance.

Having worked at AJ Bell since 2002, Kirsty has always valued our focus on wellbeing, but it became increasingly important in recent years as her family grew. In her busy role, she has implemented a new virtual events programme in response to the pandemic, whilst simultaneously managing the home-schooling of three young children. The practical support she received from AJ Bell through challenging times allowed her to continue to develop her career, whilst still looking after not only her family, but also her own physical and mental wellbeing.
