Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-based drugmaker with operations in Jordan and US - Executive Vice Chair Mazen Darwazah buys 200,000 shares at £17.56, worth £3.5 million, on Thursday last week. Hikma shares had been the worst performer in the FTSE 100 index on Thursday, closing down nearly 7%, after the company reported lower core operating profit in the first half of 2025.

System1 Group PLC - London-based marketing decision-making platform - Founder & President John Kearon buys 101,558 shares at £4.32, worth £438,731, on Friday last week. Kearon now has 2.9 million shares, a 23% stake.

Independent Non-Executive Director Tim Wise buys 2,500 shares at $57.44, worth $143,600, on Thursday.
