PCI-PAL "delighted" to confirm new strategic partnership with NiCE
PCI-PAL PLC on Friday confirmed NiCE Systems Inc as the strategic reseller partner first announced in February, saying the agreement strengthens its position as a provider of secure payment solutions for business communications.
The Suffolk, England-based provider of cloud-based secure payment solutions first disclosed the partnership in February 2026 but did not identify the partner at the time.
Shares in PCI-PAL were down 1.5% at 59.11 pence early Friday afternoon in London.
The partnership sees PCI Pal recognised as a Strategic DEVone Partner within the NiCE CXexchange marketplace, allowing NiCE customers to integrate PCI Pal's secure payment technology into the NiCE CXone platform across voice and digital channels.
PCI-PAL said the partnership follows a successful period of collaboration across multiple mutual enterprise customers and further strengthens its position as a provider of secure payment solutions for business communications vendors.
Chief Executive Officer James Barham said: "We are delighted to now be able to publicly identify NiCE as the strategic reseller partner referenced in our February announcement. NiCE is a recognised global leader in customer experience technology and AI, and today's announcement reflects the continued strengthening of our relationship making PCI Pal services available to their customers across the globe.
"As a partner-first business, we are extremely proud of the deep commercial and technical relationships we have built with leading vendors across the business communications market. Our partner ecosystem has been central to our success to date and remains a key pillar of our long-term growth strategy. We remain committed to delivering mutual value through these partnerships, enabling our partners to offer their customers the most reliable cloud-based secure payment solutions, regardless of how they choose to engage."
