For many of our roles, it is not absolutely essential that you have previous investment platform experience. It is much more important that you have the skills and attitude we need in order to exceed the service expectations of our clients.

How AJ Bell works with agencies

Where we are unable to find the people we need ourselves, we work with a preferred supplier list of recruitment agencies (our ‘PSL’). Recruitment is managed and controlled by the HR team, which must always be an agency's first contact point.

Any agencies that would like to be considered for placing candidates with AJ Bell must fill in our online form. We receive many expressions of interest each month and unless we are specifically looking to add to the agencies we work with, we may not respond to each request we receive.

Any CV submitted either directly to a representative of AJ Bell, or by an organisation that is not a registered and authorised supplier, will be deemed to be the property of AJ Bell. We reserve the right to engage direct with such candidates and no fee can be charged should the candidate in question be employed, or considered for employment, by us.
