Jim is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, and has more than 40 years’ experience in the insurance and asset management industries. During this long career, he has served time as the Deputy Chairman of a major real estate investment trust, and taken on a number of senior posts within a multinational insurance and asset management company. He subsequently became Group CEO at a major financial services organisation, and later accepted the role of Chairman at another. Alongside his responsibilities at AJ Bell, Jim is also the Chairman of both a fast-growing tech company, and an agriculture-focused asset manager.
