Construction software minnow facing vacancies at CEO and CFO

Construction software tiddler Elecosoft (ELCO:AIM) is facing an management power vacuum with CFO of nine-years Graham Spratling leaving once 2016 full year accounts have been completed. While executive chairman John Ketteley continues to oversee day-to-day operations the £23.1m company has still to appoint a CEO replacement after Nick Caw departed in April 2016.
