Following a framework based on the industry standard PRINCE2, our Project Managers help to ensure the smooth implementation of technology-driven change across AJ Bell. That means collaborating with external suppliers and internal stakeholders from across the organisation, making sure project deliverables are implemented in a controlled manner, and providing regular reports on the health of each project. From shaping projects and producing business cases, to allocating resources, tracking budgets, and selecting suppliers, the variety of work undertaken by the team is huge.
