Brand Partnerships Executive

We are recruiting for a Brand Partnerships Executive to play a key role within the Brand and Marketing team, supporting the delivery of AJ Bell’s brand partnerships and sponsorships activities.

Working closely with the Brand Partnerships Lead, the role helps bring partnerships to life through creative activations, events and campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role also focuses on driving internal engagement, building strong relationships with partners and agencies, and maximising the impact of sponsorships and charitable initiatives for customers, colleagues and the wider community. 

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows

  • Support the delivery of sponsorship activity, such as the AJ Bell Great Run Series. Activity will include delivery of creative brand assets (digital and physical), events and activation management, and supporting on external and internal comms. 
  • Support the delivery of our charitable partnerships, maximising opportunities for the AJ Bell Futures Foundation to give back to the community and engage employees. 
  • Working collaboratively with our internal events team to promote partnership opportunities, maximising staff engagement  
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring all assets adhere to brand guidelines. 
  • Help to drive internal staff engagement with our sponsorships and partnerships. 
  • Manage all sponsorship and partnership related content in line with regulatory and business requirements. 
  • Support the business to deliver the brand across all customer and employee touchpoints. 
  • Support the business to achieve its regulatory requirements, including consumer duty. 

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years’ brand marketing experience, specifically brand partnerships.   
  • Excellent communication skills, including written. 
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners and agencies with confidence.  
  • Collaborative team member, with a flexible proactive approach. 
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end smaller creative campaigns for example email, social, digital and out of home.  

Knowledge and Skills 

  • Creative thinker – enthusiastic when developing new ideas. 
  • Practical approach to problem solving. 
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work to deadlines. 
  • Flexible and capable of working on multiple projects at the same time. 
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple creative assets end‑to‑end, from brief development through to production, delivery and evaluation. 
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of your work. 
  • Solid understanding of social media e.g. LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube. 
  • IT literate (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Copywriting skills, nice to have.
