Our recruitment process

  • Step 1:
    We get to know you

    Once we have received your application, we’ll get in touch to arrange a phone interview. This is where we will discuss your application and the role, and answer any queries you may have about the position.

  • Step 2:
    We talk tech

    The next step is a face to face meeting. This will either be in person at out Manchester office or virtually via Teams.

  • Step 3:
    We make an offer

    If the two previous stages are successful, we then go on to make an offer - assuming we are the correct fit for each other. Welcome to the team!
