DIRECTOR DEALINGS: GlobalData CEO sells GBP30 million worth of shares

Wise PLC - London-based money transfer services provider - Chief Marketing Officer Cian Weeresinghe sells 10,000 at GBP11.39 each last week Monday, GBP113,891 in total. Weeresinghe's stake following the sale was not stated.

Melrose Industries PLC - aerospace engineering company - Non-Executive Director Guy Hachey buys 27,000 shares at 611.29 pence each, GBP165,048 in total. The transaction occurred last week Tuesday. These represent the only shares Hachey has in the company. The non-exec had joined Melrose back in August, bringing with him "over 30 years of industrial operations, product development and corporate leadership experience".

Coats Group PLC - London-based manufacturer of materials for footwear and apparel - Chief Executive Officer David Paja buys 200,000 shares in the firm at a price of 80.87 each on September 10, GBP161,744 in total.

Social Housing REIT PLC - real estate investment trust investing in UK specialised supported housing - Passaic Services Ltd buys 140,207 shares in Social Housing REIT at GBP0.714 each last week Wednesday, GBP100,108 in total. Passaic is associated with Social Housing REIT's Investment Manager Benedict Green. Following the buy, Green's interest in the company, through his own stake and those of associates, stands at just under 2.0 million shares, a 0.5% stake. Tilford Holdings Ltd, associated with Steven Windsor, also an investment manager, buys 142,248 shares at GBP0.71 each, GBP101,337 in total. The buy also occurred last week Wednesday. Windsor does not own shares in Social Housing REIT, though his associates hold just 1.1 million, a stake of 0.3%.

GlobalData PLC - London-based data analytics and consultancy - Chief Executive Officer Michael Danson sells 20.0 million shares at GBP1.50 each, GBP30.0 million in total amid a GlobalData tender offer. Danson's stake following the sale is not disclosed. GlobalData earlier in September announced results of a tender offer. The maximum number of shares that could be purchased under the offer was 40.0 million, just under 5% of its shares, at GBP1.50 each. It said valid applications to tender 106.6 million shares in total were received. Non-Executive Director also participated in the tender offer. Harkness sold 17,800 shares at GBP1.50 each, GBP26,700 in total

GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document management and productivity software provider - Chief Executive Officer Daniel Rabie buys 232,569 shares at an average price of 61.49p between September 10 and 11, GBP143,007 in total. On September 10, Rabie also sold 6,857 at 59.00p, for GBP4,046. Rabie has an interest in 2.4 million GetBusy, a 4.7% stake.
