How do I withdraw my savings from the Cash savings hub?
Your money must be in your transaction account before you can withdraw it to your bank account.
Before you make a withdrawal, check that your bank details are up to date - you can only withdraw money to your registered bank account.
Withdrawing money from your transaction account
To take money out:
- Go to the ‘Withdrawals’ page
- Enter the amount you want to take out
- Confirm your request
Your money is usually paid the same day, but it can take up to two working days.
If your money is not yet in your transaction account
How you get your money depends on the type of savings account you have.
Fixed term savings accounts
When your fixed term account ends, your money is paid into your transaction account.
This includes:
- The money you put in
- Any interest or profit you earned
Can I take money out early?
You can't usually take money out before the end date. In rare cases, the bank may allow early access - for example, if the account holder has died.

Notice savings accounts

To do this:
- Find the notice account
- Choose 'Close your notice account'
After the notice period ends, your money and any interest will be paid into your transaction account, and you can then withdraw it from there.

How to make a withdrawal:
