Julie brings extensive Board experience having served on the Boards of listed global banks, insurers, and investment companies, whilst successfully founding an employee engagement and mentoring platform which empowers people to seek and share advice at work. During her executive career, Julie worked in several global leadership positions at an investment bank where she developed a specialist background in digital platforms and continuously achieved awards for innovation. Julie has also served as a Trustee for the largest UK network of independent girls’ schools and academies.

Currently, Julie is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Ethics and Sustainability Committee at a UK bank, and a Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Cyber Security Committee at a listed cyber security and assurances company
