Les joined the Board in July 2023, having been nominated by Andy Bell pursuant to his Relationship Agreement with the business. Prior to this, Les was a Non-Executive Director of AJ Bell plc from 2008 and Non-Executive Chair from 2014 until he stepped down in January 2022. Les was also a Director and Vice Chairman of Leeds Building Society and had a 33 year executive career with Deloitte LLP where he was an audit partner.
