Transfer in offer

When you transfer your SIPP, ISA or Dealing account to us, we'll help cover the costs your current provider charges for transferring your account. We'll pay up to £35 per investment moved and up to £100 for general exit fees - up to an overall maximum of £500 per person.

To be eligible, the SIPP, ISA or Dealing account being transferred must be valued at £20,000 or more. Please see our offer terms and conditions to find out more.

How to switch your account to us and claim your transfer costs

This offer is open to both existing and new customers.

• New customers: just open an account with us and complete the transfer-in form as part of your application process. When opening an account, it’s important you take the time to check that it's right for you, and remember that the value of investments can change and you could lose money as well as make it.
• Existing customers: if you already have a SIPP, ISA or Dealing account, simply log in and choose ‘Transfers’.

To claim up to £500, you'll need to email us at transferoffer@ajbell.co.uk with copies of documentation confirming the transfer costs you've paid to your old provider for moving your account to us. Alternatively, you can send us these by post. If your claim is valid and the transfer is complete, then we'll pay you within 28 days of receiving your claim.
