Investment objective
The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve capital growth over a period of at least five years. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, either directly or indirectly through collective investment schemes that it holds, in shares of companies that have their registered office, conduct the majority of their business, or have business development prospects in the EEA and Switzerland. There is no particular emphasis on business sector. The Fund will invest at least 75% in shares (as outlined above), meaning that at least 75% of the Fund’s assets will be used to purchase actual stocks. From time to time the Fund may hold debt instruments resulting from corporate actions on existing equity investments.
