Investment objective

The objective of the Fund is to provide capital growth as well as generating an income for investors with a 5-year time horizon (net of fees). The investment policy by which the Fund will seek to achieve its objective is to invest in a diversified global portfolio of equities (50% to 75%) and bonds (0% to 25%) either directly or indirectly. The equity allocation may be cut towards the bottom of the range in responding and managing macroeconomic conditions. The Fund may invest in alternative assets (0% to 25% indirectly) that may include Collective Investment Schemes (“CIS”) that invest indirectly in real estate or in commodities. The Fund may also invest in warrants, money market instruments, cash, near cash and deposits.
