Scancell Holdings PLC is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing treatments for unmet needs in cancer. The Company leverages its ImmunoBody and Moditope platforms to develop targeted, off-the-shelf, patient-accessible active immunotherapies designed to generate safe, potent, and long-lasting tumour-specific immunity. Its product, iSCIB1+, is an ImmunoBody DNA active immunotherapy that has demonstrated monotherapy activity in adjuvant melanoma. The ImmunoBody platform uses DNA-encoded modified antibodies engineered to express epitopes from cancer antigens and target activated antigen-presenting cells in vivo. iSCIB1+ is developed for the treatment of melanoma with checkpoint inhibitors and is administered by needle-free intramuscular injection.
