| Biography | SooHai Lim is the Head of Asia ex-China Equities and Co-Manager of various Asia ex-Japan products and mandates, including the Barings ASEAN Frontiers Fund, Barings Asia Growth Fund, Barings Eastern Trust, Barings Korea Trust and Barings Australia Fund. SooHai joined Barings in November 2005 from Daiwa SB Investments (Singapore), where he was country specialist for Australia and Malaysia. Prior to that, he managed Thai and Malaysian equities in Singapore Telecom’s Asset Management department. SooHai graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Hons) Degree and is a member of the CFA Institute. |

| Biography | Eunice Hong is the Co-Manager of various Asia ex-Japan products and mandates, including Barings Asia Growth Fund, Barings Eastern Trust and Barings Korea Trust. Eunice works closely with SooHai Lim and the rest of the Asia ex-China Equity Team in spearheading research and stock selection in the Korean market and technology sector. She has worked in the industry since 2006. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Eunice worked as an Equity Analyst covering Korea at Shinyoung Securities. She holds a BA from Yonsei University and an MIS from the University of Washington and is fluent in Korean and English. |

| Biography | Julie Lee is the Co-Manager of Barings Korea Trust Fund and is responsible for the research and stock selection for Korean equities. Julie has worked in the industry since 2005 and started her investment career in 2006. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, she worked at Lion Global Investors, where she was responsible for research on consumer sectors in Asia ex-Japan equities. Before that, she was an Equity Research Analyst at Sparx Asia Investment Advisors, covering Korea, China and Taiwan. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Yonsei University in Korea and is fluent in Korean and English. |
