| Biography | Dominic Rizzo is co-portfolio manager of the TD Science and Technology Fund. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. Dom has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, supporting the small-cap value strategies as an associate analyst in the U.S. Equity Division. Dom was promoted to full-time analyst in 2018, joining the technology team in London, where his research coverage expanded to the entire European sector of technology across all industries and market capitalizations. Dom earned a B.A. in economics and political science from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
