| Biography | Matt Jones joined Fidelity in 2005 and specialises in quantitative analysis and portfolio management, including sustainable equity portfolios. Matt manages the flagship Fidelity Research Strategy (FIRST) strategies with Hiten Savani, after helping to design and launch them in 2013. The strategy includes various funds/segregated mandates across region and is the philosophy behind this long-short iteration, the Absolute Return Global Equity strategy, and its regional applications. Matt also developed and manages a range of sustainable income strategies used as core portfolios by Fidelity’s Multi-Asset Team and is currently researching methods to align equity portfolios to a net zero objective. Previously, Matt worked at JPMorgan as a Quantitative Analyst in the Quantitative Team which was rated Number 1 in Asia. Prior to that, he spent five years working at Bankers Trust, a global bottom-up fundamental research-driven asset manager, in the fundamental International Equity Team. Matt has a master’s degree in applied finance, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Business Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting. |

| Biography | Hiten Savani has over 17 years investment experience and has been closely associated with Fidelity’s systematic equity strategies since 2010 when he joined the company. In his role as Investment Director, Hiten was involved with the evolution of the Fidelity Research Strategy, including the development of the FIRST global strategies, which were launched in 2013 and the Sustainable Research Enhanced strategy. He was also involved in institutional product strategy and development. He became Portfolio Manager in 2013. Previously Hiten was a member of the Portfolio Strategy group at Goldman Sachs. |

| Biography | Daniel Swift has been working in the investment management industry since 2012, specialising in fundamentally driven quantitative research, and quantitative portfolio construction techniques. Daniel has been involved in the FIRST range of funds since joining Fidelity in 2015, and since has become part of the Fidelity Systematic Equities team. He works extensively on strategy development and assists in the day-to-day oversight of FIRST funds and the Fidelity Sustainable Research Enhanced ETFs. Prior to Fidelity, Daniel was a graduate analyst on the QEP (Quantitative Equity Products) investment team at Schroders, assisting in the management of +$40B in pure quantitative equity funds. Daniel worked on strategy development, backtesting, and process enhancements for the range of Value & Quality driven strategies. Daniel has a Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol. He holds the IMC (Investment Management Certificate) and is a CFA Charter holder. |
