Amcomri expects 2024 revenue growth, driven by successful acquisitions

Amcomri PLC on Tuesday reported that it expects an increase in revenue for 2024 following a successful year of trading.

Amcomri is a London-based specialist engineering services and industrial manufacturing company.

The company expects a revenue of £58.1 million in 2024, up 24% from £47.0 million in 2023. This was driven by the completion of three strategic acquisitions.

One of these acquisitions included EMC Elite Engineering Services which was announced on April 1. The firm noted that this acquisition enhanced Amcomri’s Embedded Engineering division by expanding its technical services and creating new cross-selling opportunities across its portfolio.

In December last year, the company began trading on AIM and raised gross proceeds of £12 million.

The firm added that it expects an adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation to be £7.7 million in 2024, up 33% from £5.8 million the previous year.

Amcomri will announce its final results for 2024 on May 20.

Amcomri sales rose 3.8% to 49.84 pence in London on Tuesday afternoon.
