Beeks Financial Cloud reports annual growth driven by contract wins

Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC reported annual revenue growth driven by key contract wins across its portfolio.

The Renfrew, Scotland-based cloud computing and connectivity provider said pretax profit for the year ended June 30 was £3.9 million, up 41% from £2.8 million the previous year. Underlying profit before tax increased 15% to £6.3 million from £5.5 million.

Revenue grew 11% to £40.0 million from £35.9 million.

The company said annual revenue growth was driven mainly by continued growth in its Private Cloud, along with contributions from Proximity Cloud, Exchange Cloud, and Analytics contracts.

Chief Executive Gordon McArthur said the year "demonstrated the continued development of Beeks as a larger, more profitable business with an increasingly recurring revenue base."

He explained, "Of particular significance was the development and rapid commercialisation of Market Edge Intelligence, our proprietary AI-based offering. Its adoption by several world renowned financial institutions, securing over £7.5m in contract wins, provides strong validation of both the sophistication of the technology and the scale of the market opportunity."

Looking ahead, the company said its recurring revenue base, improving customer relationships, and a healthy pipeline give it confidence. As such, Beeks said they expect to generate about £43-GBP48 million in revenue, representing growth of between 7.5% and 20%.

McArthur said: "Beeks has a broader proposition, an expanding base of recurring revenue and established relationships with many of the world's leading financial institutions. Together with a significant market opportunity and healthy pipeline, these strengths provide a strong foundation for continued growth."

Separately, the company confirmed that it received about USD4 million in contract extensions in the first quarter of financial 2027 for Exchange Cloud.

Beeks also confirmed it was preparing to launch two new offerings in the third quarter.

McArthur commented: "There is a lot for us to go after, with a strong pipeline across our offerings. Our focus is firmly on execution: turning that demand into signed contracts, growing our recurring revenue base and making the most of the investment we have put into our technology and infrastructure."

Shares in Beeks were up 1.9% to 178.30 pence per share on Monday morning in London.
