IN BRIEF: 1Spatial gets $1.7 million deal with California government

1Spatial PLC - Cambridge, England-based location master data management software - Signs enterprise agreement with California Department of Transport worth $1.7 million. The enterprise deal consolidates multiple software licenses struck between 1Spatial and Caltrans over the past six years. It includes annual enterprises licenses worth $1.5 million, which represents a 50% uplift from financial 2025, which ended January 31. Caltrans is the state agency responsible for California’s 50,000 miles of roads, and 1Spatial’s technology supports its data governance strategy. The new enterprise agreement ‘not only streamlines procurement and deployment but also reflects the growing strategic importance of our technology in supporting Caltrans’ data governance initiatives,’ says 1Spatial Chief Executive Officer Claire Milverton.
