1Spatial PLC - Cambridge, England-based master location data management firm - Court sanctions scheme for takeover of 1Spatial by VertiGIS Ltd. The last day of trading of 1Spatial shares is set to be April 28, with suspension of trading a day later, and then cancellation on April 30. In January, the firm agreed to an all-cash takeover by VertiGIS, valuing the company at around £87.1 million.
