Acceler8 Ventures PLC - investor in technology-enabled businesses, including Beijing-based Hui10 Inc - Non-Executive Director Richard Kilsby buys 110,000 shares at 93 pence, worth £102,300, on Friday last week. Kilsby now has 812,992 shares, a 0.1% stake. On Thursday last week, Acceler8 Ventures completed its all-share acquisition of Intuitive Investments Group PLC, relisting on the London Main Market as an operating company.
