Adsure Services PLC - Fareham, England-based provider of audit and assurance services under TIAA brand - Non-Executive Chair Jeff Zitron will leave the board after the upcoming annual general meeting, which Adsure calls for September 21. Zitron has worked at Adsure and subsidiary TIAA Ltd for 18 years. Mark Knight will become interim chair after the AGM, and Kevin Limn remains CEO.
