IN BRIEF: Aeorema Communications stock jumps after guidance upgrades
Aeorema Communications PLC - London-based live events agency - Announces "further material upgrade" to forecast 2026 earnings. Says it now expects to report at least £22.6 million in revenue for the year, having reported revenue of £29.5 million for the 18 months ended December 31, 2025. Also anticipates reporting no less than £1.0 million in pretax profit excluding non-trading foreign exchange gains and losses, up from £437,000 for the prior 18 months. Aeorema previously, in its trading update on August 6, forecast revenue of at least £22.0 million, and pretax profit excluding non-trading foreign exchange gains and losses of at least £810,000. "We are pleased to be able to increase our revenue and profit expectations for the full year again, reflecting the continued momentum we are seeing across the business," Chief Executive Officer Steve Quah comments. "The position we are in today reflects the changes we made to the business last year and the strength of our client relationships.
"The move to a December year end is also proving beneficial, giving us much better visibility over the full year and putting us in a stronger position to provide shareholders with clear and timely guidance. As we approach the final quarter of the year, we remain focused on maintaining this momentum through to the year end and into 2027."
