Amur Minerals Corp - cash shell and former Russia-focused nickel copper sulphide exploration company - Agrees reverse takeover of Extruded Pharmaceuticals, a UK-based drug delivery technology company which is focused on improving the performance of cancer treatments for solid tumours through the local delivery of chemotherapy drugs. Says Extruded Pharmaceuticals to be acquired for £5.5 million in shares. Calls May 29 general meeting to approve the deal. Plans to change name to CRISM Therapeutics Corp following acquisition. Proposes share consolidation at a ratio of 1:160.
