Avacta Group PLC - Wetherby, West Yorkshire-based life sciences company - Completes sale of Coris Bioconcept SRL to 3B BlackBio Dx Ltd on Friday. Says all closing conditions for the takeover have been satisfied. Company previously announced the sale in late July, with Bhopal, India-based 3B BlackBio to pay £2.2 million up front. Deal includes an additional earn-out worth up to £615,000 based on future performance. Coris Bioconcept specialises in developing, manufacturing and marketing rapid diagnostic tests.
