Bank of Ireland Group PLC - Dublin-based lender - Appoints Pascal Boillat as an independent non-executive director with effect from July 23. Boillat currently serves as chief operating officer with London Stock Exchange Group PLC and has more than 35 years’ experience in senior operational, technology, and data roles. Akshaya Bhargava, Bank of Ireland chair says: ‘The depth and recency of his expertise in global technology and systems, together with extensive experience across AI, data governance, cyber and IT risk, and fraud and security, will further strengthen the board’s oversight and strategic discussions. I look forward to working with him.’
