IN BRIEF: BATM Advanced Communications sells three units to streamline

BATM Advanced Communications Ltd - Hod Hasharon, Israel-based provider of network infrastructure, cybersecurity and diagnostic technologies - Sells three non-core business as part of its plan to focus on networks, cyber and diagnostics. Sells Celitron, an ’eco-med’ business in Hungary, and Zer Laboratories, an administrator of third-party pre-natal diagnostic tests in Israel. BATM receives a total of $383,000 for these two loss-making businesses, which it had been preparing to close. Also completes the sale of Progenetics Ltd, a distributor of genetic tests, receiving $2 million for its 51% stake. BATM will announce its half-year results on August 18.
