Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Surrey, England-based housebuilder - Executive Chair Robert Perrins buys 7,000 shares at £31.79 each, for £222,543 in London on Tuesday. Follows his purchase on Wednesday of 7,000 shares at £28.78, worth £201,482, after Berkeley shares fell in light of the company’s decision to halt land buying amid a UK housing market downturn caused by the conflict in the Middle East.

Current stock price: 3,246.00 pence, up 2.5% on Tuesday afternoon in London
