IN BRIEF: Berkeley Group promotes Neil Eady to chief financial officer

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Promotes Neil Eady to chief financial officer, effective Monday. Eady, who joined Berkeley in 2013, is currently divisional finance director of Berkeley Capital, one of the group’s London divisions. Before joining Berkeley, Eady spent 10 years at property peer Land Securities PLC. Eady succeeds Richard Stearn. In June, Berkeley announced a management shake-up and said Stearn would replace Rob Perrins as chief executive. Perrins has moved to executive chair, succeeding Michael Dobson, who stepped down in September.
